Humanitarian & Compassionate Application Process

This is truly the last resort for many applicants who would not otherwise be admissible to Canada in the prescribed categories.

 

In order for an application to succeed under this section, undue hardship and sufficient compassionate and humanitarian grounds must be demonstrable in the circumstances, along with a substantial degree of establishment in Canada.

 

Our thorough preparation and attention to detail has yielded positive results even in what appear at first to be very difficult cases. We prepare a very detailed letter of submissions that addresses the factors above, including an examination of the return to adverse conditions in the home country.  In certain circumstances, we have also included medical and psychological assessments conducted by outside professionals to further support the case.

 

This mechanism is available to foreign nationals in Canada and abroad.
